I understand and agree to the following:

The COD amount collected from customers will be settled to the above-mentioned bank account after successful delivery confirmation.
Any disputes related to COD amounts must be raised within 3 working days of settlement.
Mobisafar Services Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to hold or suspend COD settlements in case of irregularities or non-compliance.
All transactions are subject to Mobisafar’s terms and conditions and applicable charges or deductions (if any).
